Bedrooms:

There are three bedrooms two of which are cc 15m2, and one is 10m2. Larger rooms have a double bed, while a smaller room is single (one bed). All bedrooms contain spacious wardrobes and dressers.

 

Living room:

Spacious, luminous living room is cca. 30 m2, overlooking the balcony.

Containes sofa, two armchairs,dumb waiter , tv, sat, dvd+mp3 player, telephone, aDSL - flatrate...

 

Kitchen:

The well equipped kitchen contains all the items required to prepare and serve food - there is an electric oven, fridge, microwave oven, sink, work surface, toaster, coffee maker and a dish washer. Also there are a plentiful supply of dishes, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery.

On your arrival day you don't have to rush to the supermarket streight away, as there will be some groceries in the apartment.

 

Bathroom :

A spacious bathroom with jaccuzzi, sink and washing machine where you will find a bio soap, shampoo and a bathfoam...

 

Balcony:

The balcony is located outside the living room. There is enough space for 5 people to relax on the sunbeds and enjoy the view.

 

Garden:

A delightfully decorated garden offers an excelent opportunity for relaxing or having drink with your friends in shadow under fig tree.
